Refund policy

To the extent permitted by law, no prior amounts paid for the work shall be refunded in cash but, they maybe used as a credit against purchases of other items within one (1) year of date of cancellation. If the credit is not timely used, Purchaser does by this Agreement transfer and forfeits all payments made to Seller without recourse, subject to Seller returning all sales taxes paid by Purchaser.
