Shipping policy

We pack and ship carefully, and tracking is emailed when the order leaves the studio or warehouse.

Books

• Books ship from our Chandler, AZ warehouse within 3 to 5 business days, usually via USPS or UPS Ground.
• Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after shipment.
• International book orders usually take 2 to 4 weeks after shipment, and customs fees, duties, and import taxes are paid by the customer.

Artwork

• Artwork usually ships within 2 to 3 weeks.
• International artwork timing varies by destination.

Tracking numbers are emailed at the time of shipment for every order.
